Add "Last Updated" option to blog post meta

I would like the option to display "Posted on" and "Last updated on" if​ the post has been updated.

If your development team made the "Post Date Type" section in Customize > Content > Blog a radio check box or multi choice, I could control whether I wanted to display Posted on, Last Updated, or both.

Eg: Posted on 10th October 2023 | Last Updated 4th April 2024
